Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support deal reviews for accuracy and compliance, ensuring correct structuring of deals
• Manage the quote-to-cash workflow in Salesforce, including deal tracking and reporting
• Assist in optimizing deal desk systems and identifying automation opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in deal desk, commercial finance, or related operational finance roles
• Familiarity with deal desk or quote-to-cash processes
• Experience with Salesforce and comfort navigating the platform
• Intermediate-to-advanced skills in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
• Experience with DealHub, CPQ, or similar deal desk systems is a plus
