Deal Desk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support deal reviews for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before closing
• Manage the day-to-day quote-to-cash workflow in Salesforce, including deal progression tracking and pipeline reporting
• Assist in configuring and optimizing deal desk systems and identify opportunities for process automation

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in deal desk, commercial finance, or related operational finance roles
• Familiarity with deal desk or quote-to-cash processes
• Experience with Salesforce; admin-level experience is a plus
• Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
• Experience with DealHub, CPQ, or deal desk systems is a strong differentiator
