Key Responsibilities

• Support deal reviews for accuracy and compliance, managing the quote-to-cash workflow in Salesforce
• Assist in maintaining a clean approval audit trail and deal log for accurate pipeline reporting
• Help optimize deal desk systems and identify opportunities for automation in processes

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in deal desk, commercial finance, or related operational finance roles
• Familiarity with deal desk or quote-to-cash processes
• Experience with Salesforce and comfortable navigating the platform
• Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
• Experience with DealHub, CPQ, or similar systems is a strong differentiator
