Deal Desk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to support its Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales teams to structure and process customer quotes, pricing requests, and order forms
• Manage high-volume deal activity, overseeing multiple active quotes and transactions simultaneously
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations to facilitate timely deal approvals and contract execution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or related roles
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) environments preferred
• Strong experience with Salesforce is required; familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud is preferred
• Understanding of quote-to-cash processes and contract review coordination
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced sales environment
