Job Summary

Supporting a fast-paced Sales organization, the full-time remote Deal Desk Analyst will assist with the quote-to-order process, ensuring accuracy, policy adherence, and timely execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the Sales team through the quoting and approval process, adhering to established guidelines
  • Apply sales approval policies consistently and escalate non-standard requests as needed
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to facilitate deal progression and closure
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or a related role within a B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software environment
  • Exposure to Salesforce CPQ or another CPQ tool preferred
  • Foundational understanding of revenue recognition concepts and sales contracts
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Basic understanding of software licensing and SaaS provisioning processes
