Deal Desk Analyst

Job Summary

Owning day-to-day deal support, the full-time remote Deal Desk Analyst will review order forms, audit closed-won deals for accuracy, and design the Deal Desk operating system to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Review in-flight order forms for non-standard terms and guide quality standards
• Audit closed-won deals for accuracy and diagnose root causes of discrepancies
• Design and maintain documentation and workflows to scale the Deal Desk operations

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations with experience in contract review and deal structuring
• Proficiency in Salesforce, including navigating Opportunity and related objects
• Strong systems thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
• Experience with CLM or order form tooling such as Ironclad or DocuSign CLM
