Deal Desk Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Deal Desk Analyst will provide quoting and deal structuring support to the Global Sales Team while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Billing, Contracts, and Legal teams as the company continues to grow.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop an in-depth knowledge of licensing and pricing models to assist global sales teams with deal structuring and quoting
• Negotiate deals directly with customers and resolve customer satisfaction issues post-deal execution
• Act as the point of contact and subject matter expert on deal pricing matters while ensuring adherence to internal controls and business rules

Required qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in sales operations, finance, sales strategy, or sales enablement
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with deal structuring and quoting for complex SaaS transactions
• Working knowledge of revenue recognition principles
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
