Deal Desk Analyst

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Pricing and Commercial Excellence, the full-time remote Deal Desk Analyst will manage deal approval workflows, review customer quotations for compliance, and partner with sales teams to structure profitable deals while supporting strategic opportunities throughout the approval process.

Key responsibilities

• Review and ensure compliance of customer quotations and proposals with company policies
• Manage deal approval workflows and escalate high-risk quotations to leadership
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to resolve commercial issues efficiently

Required qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, or related functions
• Strong analytical skills and experience supporting B2B sales
• Ability to interpret pricing policies and commercial terms
• Proficiency with Excel and quote approval systems
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred
