Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Deal Desk Analyst to provide essential deal support to the Global Sales team in a full-time remote capacity, focusing on streamlining quoting processes, engaging in complex deal cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for the field sales team, streamlining quoting processes and leading educational initiatives
• Engage proactively in complex deal cycles to advise on pricing strategies and deal construction
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to manage intricate transactions and ensure compliance

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or sales enablement within enterprise software or technology hardware sectors
• Direct experience in Deal Desk activities, including deal modeling and complex pricing structures
• Proficiency in Salesforce and experience optimizing booking and fulfillment workflows
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a global operations environment with flexible working hours
• Expertise in establishing scalable best practices for deal desk operations
