Deal Desk Analyst

Job Summary

As a remote Deal Desk Analyst, the successful candidate will manage quotes, order forms, and approvals, supporting sales operations by ensuring efficient deal processing and data accuracy while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage quotes, order forms, and amendments in CPQ accurately and within SLA
• Drive deals through the approval matrix, tracking status and engaging the right approvers to minimize cycle times
• Serve as the first point of contact for pricing, packaging, and process inquiries from sales representatives

Required qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or order management within B2B SaaS
• Familiarity with CPQ and quote to cash processes (Salesforce, DealHub, or similar)
• Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Understanding of SaaS business models, subscription-based pricing, and revenue recognition principles
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive, with a strong stakeholder service mindset
