Deal Desk Analyst

Job Summary

As a key player in business transformation, the full-time remote Deal Desk Analyst will manage deal approvals, collaborate with sales and customer success teams, and ensure compliance with operational guidelines while driving efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted adviser to Sales on Enterprise deal-related matters
• Review Order Forms for accuracy, pricing, and compliance, managing the approval process for sales orders
• Analyze transaction trends and deliver training on Deal Desk processes and best practices

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, finance, or operations experience
• Experience managing complex software deals through the full order lifecycle
• Deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes and contract lifecycle
• Proficiency with Salesforce and CLM/CPQ tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a remote environment
