Deal Desk Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with the Sales organization, the full-time Deal Desk Analyst will manage the construction, review, and negotiation of business opportunities, while ensuring accurate quote generation and compliance with pricing strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales order process by collaborating with sales to ensure accurate quote generation and documentation
• Provide pricing guidance and strategy insights to the sales team based on data and company guidelines
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance deal desk efficiency and scalability

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA preferred but not required
• 5-7 years of experience in a deal desk or equivalent role, preferably in a SaaS business
• Strong knowledge of SaaS pricing and channel sales motion
• Experience partnering with Sales to support complex deals
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements
