Deal Desk Analyst

Job Summary

As a key member of the Legal team, the full-time remote Deal Desk Analyst will manage pricing and quoting support, draft Order Forms, and ensure accurate deal closures in Salesforce while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of product packaging and pricing models to provide deal structuring support
• Draft, review, and manage standard and complex Order Forms, acting as the primary contact for stakeholders throughout the deal cycle
• Review customer redlines, identify impacts on deal structure, and guide internal stakeholders on appropriate responses

Required Qualifications

• Must be located in Eastern or Central Time Zone
• 2+ years of experience in Deal Desk or a similar commercial operations role
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and a CPQ platform
• Familiarity with MSAs, Order Forms, and customer contract redlines
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
