Deal Desk Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the North America and Latin America sales organization, the full-time salaried Deal Desk Analyst will manage deal governance, contract management, and financial analysis to drive profitable growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review customer quotes and commercial deals for compliance with pricing and profitability guidelines
- Provide financial support during deal negotiations by evaluating pricing scenarios and business risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve commercial processes and enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in Business Finance, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Deal Desk, or Sales Finance
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes and contract management
- Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC); familiarity with AWS Marketplace is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems; ERP experience is a plus
