Deal Desk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support to the sales team in order to win new business and retain existing business
• Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and excellent customer service

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in deal desk, order management, finance, business analysis, or sales ops
• Experience in an Enterprise, SaaS, or high-tech company is ideal
• Ability to assess multiple business and financial factors to make complex judgment calls
• Technically savvy with understanding of SFDC, CPQ, and Excel
• Bachelor's degree required
