Deal Desk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to support their growing Revenue Effectiveness Team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Deal Desk Operations for both existing and prospective customers, ensuring deals are structured within pricing and packaging guidelines
• Advise AEs and CSMs on deal economics, proposing strategic plans for pricing and packaging to balance business needs
• Develop and maintain deal management tools, approval processes, and reporting on deal decisions

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of Deal Desk or Deal Operations experience
• 2-3 years of Sales Enablement and deal operations tools/systems experience (Salesforce, Looker, Guru, etc)
• Cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence across the organization
• Subject matter expertise in pricing and packaging guidelines and deal structuring in the benefits and healthcare space
• Experience in relationship and stakeholder management, developing strong relationships with leaders across the organization
