Deal Desk and Finance Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk and Finance Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage order operations and inquiries from the Sales organization, including preparing Order Forms, validating and seeking approvals, issuing license keys, and booking deals in Salesforce
• Facilitate communication between Sales, Finance, and Legal departments regarding revenue deals
• Analyze sales data and processes to enhance the deal desk function

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in deal desk or order operations
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, project management, or related field preferred
• Experience with Salesforce and procurement tools
• Experience in a technology company is desirable
• Familiarity with contract management systems is a plus
