Deal Desk Associate

Job Summary

To support the Global Sales team, the full-time remote Deal Desk Associate will manage deal support from quote to booking, ensuring alignment with commercial policies and facilitating efficient processing across cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales to structure deals and validate them for downstream processing
• Manage US Channel Purchase Orders and execute Channel Stocking Orders to ensure inventory availability
• Serve as a support hub for the sales-side booking and fulfillment lifecycle within Salesforce

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience implementing Deal Desk best practices in a fast-paced environment
• At least 1 year of experience in tech or enterprise software sales support or sales operations
• Flexibility to support global operations across various time zones
• Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and understanding of data integrity across business systems
