Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Coordinator to manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle for public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the deal process from proposal to booking to ensure accurate processing and timely revenue recognition
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Pricing, Operations, and Contracts teams to generate quotes and resolve barriers to deal completion
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and government procurement policies while maintaining complete documentation for audit readiness
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, proposals, government contracting, or a related administrative function
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Professional, and Google Workspace
  • Proven ability in multi-tasking and cross-functional stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
