Job Summary

A company in the nonprofit industry is looking for a Deal Desk Coordinator.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Work with sales and customer growth teams to address complex transactions, customer renewals, pricing strategy, quote management, and contract reviews
  • Manage quote approvals and order processing in Salesforce.com with agility and accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal customers i.e. Sales, Legal, Finance/Accounting, Marketing, and Customer Success to answer questions and resolve issues related to customer orders
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years in a SaaS environment, ideally in a deal-supporting or data management Business/Operations role
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Salesforce.com experience required
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks
  • Zuora experience preferred
