Job Summary

A company in the nonprofit industry is looking for a Deal Desk Coordinator.

Position Responsibilities:

Work with sales and customer growth teams to address complex transactions, customer renewals, pricing strategy, quote management, and contract reviews
Manage quote approvals and order processing in Salesforce.com with agility and accuracy
Collaborate with internal customers i.e. Sales, Legal, Finance/Accounting, Marketing, and Customer Success to answer questions and resolve issues related to customer orders

Required Qualifications:

1-3 years in a SaaS environment, ideally in a deal-supporting or data management Business/Operations role
Bachelor's degree required
Salesforce.com experience required
Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks
Zuora experience preferred
