Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Director to support their Global Sales Organization in commercial deal aspects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert on reviews of order forms and commercial quotes
  • Define, manage, and enforce deal approval matrix and policies, troubleshooting deal issues as necessary
  • Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams on revenue recognition matters and negotiation of subscription agreements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • BA/BS or equivalent preferred
  • 10+ years in Accounting, Sales Operations, or order management
  • Specific experience leading a Deal Desk function
  • Demonstrated expertise in providing sales support and driving non-standard contracts to closure
  • Experience with SalesForce.com and quoting tools
