Job Summary
A company is looking for a Deal Desk Director to support their Global Sales Organization in commercial deal aspects.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert on reviews of order forms and commercial quotes
- Define, manage, and enforce deal approval matrix and policies, troubleshooting deal issues as necessary
- Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams on revenue recognition matters and negotiation of subscription agreements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- BA/BS or equivalent preferred
- 10+ years in Accounting, Sales Operations, or order management
- Specific experience leading a Deal Desk function
- Demonstrated expertise in providing sales support and driving non-standard contracts to closure
- Experience with SalesForce.com and quoting tools
