Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Director to establish and lead a team responsible for supporting various segments and geographies globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial contract development and optimal deal structuring in collaboration with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Finance teams
  • Drive internal stakeholder discussions and alignment on customer concerns during contract negotiations
  • Partner with various teams to drive process improvements, automation, and team enablement
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in Deal Desk and deal structuring in SaaS, ideally FinTech
  • Minimum of 5 years in a Deal Desk leadership role
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment with diverse global stakeholders
  • Expert knowledge in modeling/analysis and experience with Excel, GSuite, Deal Hub, and Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of SaaS revenue recognition best practices
