Deal Desk Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Finance Analyst/Lead to support financial analysis and pricing governance in a cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and structure sales deals to ensure compliance with pricing and contracting policies while optimizing revenue
• Support pricing and deal analysis by maintaining pricing workbooks, validating deal economics, and ensuring accuracy across quotes and order forms
• Provide end-to-end deal desk support from quote to signature, including coordination of contract execution and ensuring accurate pricing details

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, or a related analytical role
• Strong financial and analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and data-driven analysis
• Experience collaborating with Sales, GTM Operations, Legal, and Finance teams
• Solid understanding of pricing, discounting, and revenue recognition in a SaaS or recurring-revenue business
• Experience in a tech start-up environment, particularly in healthcare, is a plus
