Deal Desk Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk & Finance Analyst to manage the quote-to-cash process and ensure accuracy across various systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate Salesforce opportunities for accurate product configuration and pricing
• Approve order forms and ensure compliance with commercial and legal requirements
• Manage the opportunity close process and support invoicing and operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience with Salesforce, Ironclad, NetSuite, or similar systems is a plus
• Desire to learn and grow in revenue operations and deal management
• Professional and service-oriented demeanor for effective cross-functional collaboration
