Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and structure sales and renewal deals to meet customer needs and internal policies
  • Evaluate deal profitability, compliance risks, and revenue recognition impact
  • Guide sales and CS teams on pricing, discounting, and deal structure
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Finance in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of deal structures, commercial terms, and B2B pricing models
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM and CPQ systems, with experience in building scalable workflows
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Legal, and Finance teams
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
