Job Summary
Streamlining deal execution and driving operational efficiencies, the full-time Deal Desk Lead will manage contract transitions, pricing strategies, and cross-functional collaboration while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate deal velocity by managing contract requests and ensuring compliance with business standards
- Consult on pricing strategies and perform margin analysis in collaboration with Sales and Finance teams
- Identify deal bottlenecks and translate sales needs into actionable system solutions for improved efficiency
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in the SaaS or tech industry
- Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or related roles
- Strong understanding of SaaS contract structures and pricing strategies
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel, with experience in contract lifecycle tools preferred
