Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Manager to support and scale sales execution through structured deal review and pricing guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sales-supported deal structuring, including pricing and non-standard commercial terms
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to review and approve non-standard deals, ensuring alignment with pricing strategy
  • Manage deal approval workflows and escalations, ensuring timely review and clear communication
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • 4-7+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models and enterprise deal structures
  • Proven ability to support complex, non-standard deals with sound judgment
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with effective partnership skills in fast-paced environments
