Job Summary
A company is looking for a Deal Desk Manager who will support the creation and management of commercial proposals and deal structures for the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Executive leadership in structuring and negotiating complex enterprise transactions
- Evaluate and approve deal structures to ensure alignment with company policies and financial targets
- Analyze pricing, margin, and risk trade-offs in large multinational opportunities and provide strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Finance, or similar functions, focusing on enterprise SaaS or technology companies
- Proven experience structuring and managing large, complex, multinational deals
- Strong understanding of finance principles and revenue recognition (ASC 606 or IFRS 15)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
