• Oversee deal desk operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ systems
• Experience managing ticket queues and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Understanding of SaaS pricing, packaging, and discounting principles
• Familiarity with quote-to-cash workflows and order forms
