Job Summary
A company is looking for a Deal Desk Manager to oversee deal strategy and execution for complex opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own deal strategy for complex opportunities by advising Sales on pricing, packaging, contract terms, and negotiation strategy
- Drive deal execution end-to-end by reviewing and approving non-standard transactions while ensuring compliance with policies
- Act as a liaison across teams to align on deal structure, mitigate risk, and improve processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS or subscription-based business
- Strong understanding of deal structuring, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
- Experience collaborating with Legal and Finance on non-standard terms and approvals
- Proficiency with Salesforce, with CPQ experience preferred
- Familiarity with channel selling models and cloud marketplaces
