Job Summary
A company is looking for a Deal Desk Manager who can turn commercial complexity into operational clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and maintenance of the global product catalog and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Deal Desk
- Serve as a primary commercial consultant to the Senior Leadership Team and oversee daily deal flow optimization
- Architect the mapping of commercial products to the financial ledger and conduct financial modeling on live deals
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Finance, or Revenue Operations in a large-scale enterprise environment
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership during high-pressure negotiations
- Experience mentoring professionals and building high-performing teams
- Advanced mastery of Salesforce and CPQ environments
- Deep understanding of P&L management and revenue recognition principles
