Job Summary
Deal Desk Manager, responsible for overseeing the quote to close process and commercial governance workflows in a full-time role, ensuring enterprise deal velocity and pricing consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the review and approval process for non-standard enterprise deals and establish Deal Desk SLAs
- Own CPQ implementation and maintain pricing rules, discount matrices, and proposal workflows
- Ensure accurate deal structures in CRM systems and support quarterly close processes
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or commercial operations within SaaS or infrastructure companies
- Strong understanding of enterprise pricing structures and contract governance
- Experience administering CPQ systems such as Salesforce CPQ
- Strong CRM proficiency with Salesforce preferred
- Active use of AI tools for workflow automation or commercial operations
