Job Summary

As a key contributor to the revenue engine, the full-time remote Deal Desk Manager will manage the end-to-end deal process, structure complex agreements, and serve as a central connector among sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure commercially sound and strategically valuable deals.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide strategic quoting support and partner with sales to create deal structures that meet customer needs while maintaining deal economics
  • Drive the deal process from initial structure to signed contract, coordinating across business units for complex deal requests
  • Champion best practices to enhance sales efficiency and identify process improvements across the deal pipeline
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
  • Hands-on experience in structuring complex deals, including multi-product and non-standard arrangements
  • Prior exposure to enterprise customer negotiations and contract language
  • Familiarity with various pricing models, including subscription and consumption-based structures
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple complex deals simultaneously
