Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytically minded, the full-time remote Sr. Deal Desk Manager will support the Sales organization through expert CPQ quoting, process improvement, and data-driven reporting, ensuring accurate deal structuring and competitive pricing.
Key responsibilities
- Own day-to-day configuration, pricing, and quoting via Salesforce CPQ for routine and complex deals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to discounting standards
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in the quote-to-cash workflow while supporting automation efforts and compliance with revenue recognition standards
- Build and maintain dashboards to track quote turnaround time, approval rates, and discount trends, providing weekly insights to Sales leadership
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Desk with hands-on CPQ experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce CRM, and Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and process-mapping skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
