Job Summary

Results-driven and strategic, the full-time remote Deal Desk Manager will manage pricing, quoting, and commercial structuring activities while serving as the primary partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure efficient deal execution and compliance across global selling regions.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on pricing, discounting, and commercial deal structure to Sales, Legal, and Finance teams
  • Review, structure, and approve complex proposals and act as the primary escalation point for advanced approvals
  • Lead regular commercial cadences to ensure visibility, unblock approvals, and drive timely deal closure
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 5-8+ years of relevant experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and model complex multi-product offerings and large enterprise deals
  • Strong understanding of legal and financial terms related to commercial contracts
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and CPQ systems for pricing and quoting workflows
