Job Summary
To support a dynamic sales environment, the full-time salaried Deal Desk Manager will oversee the structuring, reviewing, and approval of complex commercial agreements while collaborating with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to align deals with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the operational owner for reviewing, structuring, and approving complex commercial agreements
- Partner with internal teams to design pricing proposals and commercial terms that align with business objectives
- Evaluate deal ROI and provide actionable recommendations to optimize deal outcomes
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting or managing a Deal Desk/Business Desk at a complex SaaS organization
- Strong understanding of deal structuring, pricing strategy, and commercial governance
- Experience working closely with GTM, Legal, and Finance teams to facilitate complex deal execution
- Proven ability to manage multiple deals in parallel during high-volume periods
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach
