Job Summary
Owning the quote to close process, the full-time remote Deal Desk Manager will manage complex enterprise deals, ensuring pricing consistency and operational accuracy while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the review and approval process for non-standard enterprise deals and support custom pricing structures
- Oversee CPQ implementation and maintain pricing rules, discount matrices, and proposal workflows
- Ensure compliance with pricing governance standards and manage executed contract repositories for CRM alignment
Required qualifications:
- Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or commercial operations within SaaS or infrastructure companies
- Strong understanding of enterprise pricing structures and contract governance
- Experience administering CPQ systems such as Salesforce CPQ or DealHub
- Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Hubspot
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams
