Job Summary
A company is looking for a Deal Desk Manager, Revenue Operations (RevOps Team).
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess Non-Disclosure Agreements, Services Agreements, and Order Forms to ensure operational feasibility and remove negotiation blockers
- Utilize tools like DocuSign CLM and Salesforce to create dashboards for contract volume visualization and negotiation analysis
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the contract negotiation workflow
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
- At least 3 years of experience in RevOps supporting deal management, including contract evaluation and negotiation
- 4+ years of experience in RevOps, Procurement, or Supply Chain
- 4+ years of experience reviewing contract redlines and proposals for B2B SaaS products
- Experience in customer-facing roles related to sales or contract negotiations
