Deal Desk Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk and Operations Analyst to streamline the quote-to-contract process and optimize operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage deal structuring and provide guidance on pricing and commercial terms
• Enforce and streamline the quote-to-contract approval process, ensuring compliance with internal policies
• Act as a regional liaison for LATAM markets, providing bilingual support and translating complex commercial logic

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Brazilian Portuguese is strongly preferred
• 3+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or revenue operations in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
• Strong understanding of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle and contract management
• Hands-on experience with CPQ tools and Salesforce is highly desirable
