Deal Desk Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Managing daily Deal Desk operations, the full-time remote Deal Desk Operations Analyst will assist in administering the CPQ platform, ensure accurate pricing and approvals, and translate commercial policies into scalable workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the CPQ platform, including product catalog and pricing configurations
- Manage quote creation, pricing validation, and approval routing within daily Deal Desk operations
- Build operational and executive reporting for key performance indicators and support renewal and expansion operations
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or related B2B SaaS functions
- Hands-on experience with CPQ platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills, including deal modeling and KPI reporting
- Knowledge of SaaS retention metrics and revenue recognition principles
- Proven ability to analyze data and automate workflows effectively
