Job Summary
To establish a new function within the organization, the full-time remote Deal Desk Operations Lead will manage end-to-end deal processes, design efficient workflows, and collaborate closely with Legal and Finance to ensure streamlined contract management.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the entire deal desk operations from quote to signed contract, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Design and implement a repeatable quote contract workflow that minimizes manual tasks and data entry
- Consolidate order forms and legal document templates into a single, governed source of truth for the organization
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in deal desk or sales operations within a SaaS company
- Proven experience establishing a deal desk function from the ground up
- Familiarity with Salesforce or a strong willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Legal and Finance teams
- Strong process improvement instincts and a proactive approach to fixing workflows
