Deal Desk Operations Manager
Job Summary
To support the Financial Operations organization, the full-time remote Deal Desk Operations Manager will manage the operational governance of complex revenue-generating agreements, ensuring accurate deal setup, billing, revenue recognition, and compliance across systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and operationalize complex revenue agreements, ensuring accurate setup in Salesforce and NetSuite
- Perform credit evaluations on prospective partners and monitor ongoing credit risk
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate configuration of partner campaigns and operational execution
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or related fields
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition, billing operations, and contract structuring
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and ERP systems like NetSuite
- Proven ability to collaborate with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Operational teams
- Experience managing offshore operational resources is preferred
