Deal Desk Senior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Senior Analyst to assist with Pre and Post-Sale Deal Related Activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve Customer Contracts based on internal guidelines
• Validate contract documents against Salesforce Account and Opportunity information
• Work closely with the Partners & Alliances team on deal structuring and sales orders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or contract management
• Knowledge of legal and commercial contract terms used in a SaaS company
• Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with sales quoting tools (CPQ)
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Finance
• Strong understanding of SaaS GTM operations and revenue operations processes
