Deal Desk Senior Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director - Deal Desk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead a new team to support various segments, verticals, and geographies globally
• Manage commercial contract development, optimal deal structuring, and drive deals to closure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, automation, and team enablement

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Deal Desk and deal structuring in SaaS, ideally FinTech
• Minimum of 5 years in a Deal Desk leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment with diverse global stakeholders
• Expert knowledge in modeling/analysis and experience with Excel, GSuite, Deal Hub, and Salesforce
• Strong understanding of SaaS revenue recognition best practices
