Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process sales opportunities in SFDC/CPQ, ensuring timely closure and compliance with revenue recognition guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve booking-related issues and provide guidance on deal closures
• Train and mentor new team members while actively participating in process improvements and business projects

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in customer service, finance, operations, or support
• Experience as a Salesforce user, particularly with CPQ
• Flexible availability for extended hours at month and quarter ends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong relationship-building and critical thinking skills
