Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Deal Desk Specialist will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Security, and IT teams to enhance the Lead-To-Cash Flow, providing deal support and training while identifying process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales teams, addressing complex O2C process challenges
- Educate and train Sales teams on process changes to improve performance and efficiency
- Identify and resolve issues impacting deal closure and escalate critical matters as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Deal Desk
- Proficiency with SFDC CPQ and Microsoft Office products
- Strong business acumen and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of transactions accurately
