Job Summary
Supporting the end-to-end quote-to-cash lifecycle, the full-time Deal Desk Support Specialist will manage deal intake, prepare customer quotes and proposals, and ensure Salesforce data accuracy while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready Salesforce Opportunity, quote, and order data throughout the deal lifecycle
- Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to provide guidance on deal desk processes and ensure timely issue resolution
- Create and issue accurate customer quotes and proposals, ensuring compliance with pricing, discount thresholds, and commercial policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, deal desk, or sales operations
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, with experience in maintaining opportunity records and documentation
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests while meeting deadlines
- Experience in a SaaS subscription model is preferred
