Deal Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting presales and post-sales deal activity, the full-time remote Deal Management Analyst will manage financing requests, coordinate with sales and credit teams, and ensure compliance with company policies while working flexible hours to accommodate CST or EST time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Support product sales teams with financing requests, including pricing and deal structuring
• Administer PANFS financing transactions throughout the entire deal life cycle
• Coordinate with the legal team on non-standard terms and ensure compliance with risk profiles

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in loan, leasing, or financing
• Strong knowledge of transaction structures for equipment and software financing
• Experience with lease/loan systems such as Solifi, IDS Rapport, or InfoLease is a plus
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
