Deal Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Management Specialist to join their team in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to review, structure, and price complex deals
• Review customer contracts, identify risks, and ensure compliance with Legal
• Process and manage incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in deal desk, order management, or related roles within the technology sector
• Strong knowledge of SaaS sales processes, contract terms, and revenue recognition principles
• Experience working with complex deals, pricing models, and financial metrics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
• An undergraduate degree in a related field is a plus
