Deal Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for sales reps, providing real-time systems and process support
• Collaborate with Business Systems to execute quarterly sprints to improve sales tech processes
• Become the subject matter expert on products, pricing, and programs, ensuring accurate quotes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Deal Operations or Sales Operations experience at a high-growth tech company
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce
• Experience with SaaS quote/agreement solutions is a plus
• Advanced skills in Google Docs and MS Office
• Experience managing templates in DocuSign CLM is preferred
